FLEXXperts Limited Partnership is a software design and consulting firm dedicated to providing information management solutions to the equipment leasing industry. We are a privately held Partnership located in Wellesley Hills, MA.

FLEXXperts provides both lease processing software and the services necessary to complete and subsequently support a successful implementation.

FLEXXperts Product Development Team is currently looking to add an experienced VB Client/Server Developer to our team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months experience in coding with VB 6.0. They should also possess previous experience in development of complex financial systems either for a financial software firm or for an internally developed system within a large organization. They must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to excel in a very focused work environment. FLEXXperts Professional Services is currently looking to add an Account Manager to our staff. The successful candidate will possess 3 to 5 years experience in managing systems implementation projects from the specifications stage to full deployment. They will possess strong inter-personal, analytical and technical skills. Time spent working in a large IT department would be extremely beneficial. Master degree in Business or MIS is desirable. FLEXXperts Product Development Team is currently looking for a Senior Technical Writer. The successful candidate will design and develop technical user documentation for system administrators and application users. The position requires the publishing of a broad range of documents which include: End-user documentation and online help; Implementation documentation, including detailed explanations of product functionality where appropriate; Industry-specific guidelines; and Technical documentation. They will also be called upon to perform the following tasks: Review existing documentation for consistency, clarity, and brevity; Review existing online documentation for ease of access; Test documentation for accuracy against designs, actual product and existing documentation where appropriate; Review glossary for consistent use across product suite's documentation; and evaluate relevance of existing documentation standards. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, English or Communications/Journalism (or any science discipline); Minimum 2 years similar experience; Excellent written and organization skills; Ability to grasp and determine relevancy of technical details and explain them clearly; Experience working in a software development organization; Mathematical/financial aptitude; and facility with electronic publishing tools for online documentation.
